Organizational Leadership

The program is an undergraduate certificate in Leadership. Students will learn contemporary leadership concepts and practices that will empower them to be leaders within their organizations.  Students will be exposed to modern leadership concepts, learn their personal leadership style, and expand their leadership skills to meet the demands of the modern organization. The program will provide students the knowledge and skills to lead teams and organizations entrepreneurially, virtually and ethically.
