This course provides an introduction to the methods and techniques of conceptual and detailed construction estimating, including: quantity takeoffs; costs related to labor, materials, equipment, overhead and profit; and bidding strategies. Prereq: CM&E 200. Prereq or Coreq: Junior or Senior standing.
