Music theory and analysis, primarily dealing with an introduction to the compositional practices of the 18th and 19th centuries. Applications of the above include part-writing, analysis of representative music, formal structures, listening skills, and stylistic composition exercises. Prereq: MUSC 130. Coreq: MUSC 133.
