This course is designed to be an introduction to institution-based pharmacy practice. This course consists of a 4-week, 152-hour, unpaid, supervised pharmacy practice experience clinical rotation in an institutional pharmacy setting and required assignments. Pass/Fail grading. Prereq: PHRM 400, PHRM 450, PHRM 452L, PHRM 480, PHRM 532, PHRM 534, PHRM 535, PHRM 538, PSCI 413, PSCI 414, PSCI 415, PSCI 417 - all with a grade of "C" or better.
