1Students can choose to take 9 credits of research provided they have at least one published journal article. This reduces the coursework by one class (3 credits).
2ME 898 is a lower cost option for students who have completed their defense and still need to finish writing their thesis/paper. International students may not be eligible for this credit and should check with the International Office for guidance.
-
In addition to the 30 credits of Master's coursework, students are required to enroll in the department's graduate seminar series, ME 790 (not exceeding three semesters).
