This course will develop an awareness of the constructivist approach to learning and the importance of effective human relations skills needed to enhance learning and well-being for all students.

The course will provide an understanding of transportation economics and policy issues facing society. Topics include transportation demand, model costs, transportation competition and market power, transportation regulation, transportation investment, and the economics of transportation safety.
