Introduction to the principles and engineering of quantum circuits and systems. Topics include qubits, quantum gates and measurement, quantum circuit design, quantum algorithms and annealing, physical realization of qubits, noise and decoherence, fault-tolerant design, and error detection and correction with syndrome extraction.
