MGMT 380. People Analytics. 3 Credits.
This course takes a data-driven approach to managing human resources within organizations. Students will learn how to apply analytics to identify people-related challenges, collect relevant data, analyze and interpret the results, communicate findings effectively, and develop actionable insights to optimize workforce management within the organization.
Prereq: MGMT 320.
Prereq or Coreq: College of Business major, minor or certificate and a 2.50 minimum NDSU grade point average.
