SCM 731. Supply Chain Decision Analysis. 3 Credits.

This course covers analytical methods used to support complex decision making in supply chain management. Students develop and apply optimization models, including linear programming and other quantitative techniques, to address problems in areas such as transportation, production planning, and inventory management. The course also examines decision making under uncertainty through simulation modeling and probabilistic analysis to evaluate risk and improve supply chain performance.
