6.5. Advisor or Supervisory Committee Changes

Advisor changes and changes to the supervisory committee may be made with the Change Supervisory Committee form. The supervisory committee can be formed with the Form Supervisory Committee form for programs that do not require a plan of study be submitted.

The student, advisor, graduate program coordinator, and the Graduate College must approve committee changes/formations.
